These Terms & Conditions apply to all consultations, appointments and treatments carried out by Vlasova Cosmetology. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
Every client must attend a consultation before treatment. Treatment recommendations are based upon medical history, facial assessment and clinical judgement. A consultation does not guarantee treatment.
Clients must disclose accurate medical history including:
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability.
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe, medically unsuitable or not in the client's best interests.
Individual results vary. No guarantee can be made regarding the longevity or outcome of any treatment. Lifestyle, metabolism and aftercare all influence results.
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change without prior notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee becoming payable.
Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and increase the risk of complications.
Although every effort is made to minimise risk, all cosmetic procedures carry potential complications including swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry and allergic reaction. These risks will be discussed during consultation.
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records. Separate written consent will always be obtained before any images are used for marketing purposes.
Vlasova Cosmetology shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from treatment except where required by law. Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.
All website content including photographs, branding, graphics and written material remains the property of Vlasova Cosmetology unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised copying is prohibited.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR legislation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
